    Agreed! The $60 Spinpoint F3 1TB I was JUST about to buy spiked up to $160...going to wait this out.

    Predicted shortages through the whole of 2012 - Six months from lack of components, and six months from harddrive makers fulfilling OEM orders.

    They also predicted that as people that actually make the parts to make the hard drive open slowly their factories back up, that some will dump their inventories next month.
