What happened to Outlook.com lately?

Sending Emails from outlook.com to another outlook.com account fails, I think that the first attempt is doing good but then all other messages are getting lost.

not junk folder, no error messages.

Does someone here has outlook.com account?

Outlook.com & hotmail.com are one in the same, I have the latter & no problems.
