What PSU do I need?

Hello,
I am planning on buying this graphics card, but I don't know what other hardware I would need to run it. I know for a fact that my current PSU cannot handle it. I also want to buy a new fan or two and 2 gigs of RAM.
I need some help figured out what PSU I should get, what fan(s) I should get, and what RAM I should buy.
Right now I have two sticks of 512 mb, and there are no extra spaces left.

Minimum of a 400 Watt power supply.
(Minimum recommended power supply with +12 Volt current rating of 26 Amps.)

Also note that I told him about this site; and we went over his psu, which has 15A on the +12V Rail, and about 280Watts, so I, not being a PSU Expert (at least on picking out one), sent him here !
