Win32/heur please help

    hi. i dont fully know how this happend as alot of people use the laptop im on anyway i started it , it loaded then avg popped up and said threat detected win32/heur and nothing else, it didnt move it to the virus vault instead the threat detected just pops up like a hundred times. so i closed avg 8.0 internet security. i ran spy bot which found 2 threats then came here to find out if my sytem is still infected any help will be muchly appreciated thanyou.
