    What browser are you using?
    Did you try different one?

Okthis is making me crazy... I just went in to check it... I could not find it in the programs button, but I couldfind it in control pannel and it is listed as 32 bit... why would it download the 32 bit and why does it not show up in programs.... not even in the folders

Ok that seemed to work, but I can't find it anywhere in the program files... at least in the places I know to look...and you do not think it’s an issue with the 32bit program that firefox downloaded? Everything else appears to be working fine... I followed all the final recommendations except I haven't installed WOT or PSI yet or the update checker and I haven't had a chance to read the stuff on bleeping computer yet... most of the programs were taken off with the clean up.. there are still a couple left... is it ok to delete these now... of course except for the ones you recommended to use regularly?

Adobe Flash is not listed in "Program Files" because it's a plugin.
You should see it in Control Panel>Programs & Features though...
