  1. Um, hi. How do you get rid of this. I have AVG 2013 Free but it can't get rid of it. If it helps it's gotten rid of some trojens and cirefef (I think that's it, it's that thing that won't let you on facebook).
    Anyway if someone could give me a hand in getting rid of this that would be great. (I don't know how I got it sorry).

    Have you gone to the control panel and unistalled it from there?

    Sophie, your original post is not particularly clear. Stonarda thinks you mean how to get rid of AVG 2013 Free.

    Stonarda, Sophie is talking about this Win64/Patched.A trojan.

    Make sure, you PASTE all logs. If some log exceeds 50,000 characters post limit, split it between couple of replies.
    Attached logs won't be reviewed.

    Please, observe following rules:
