its no trouble, i actually do this at work every day.
ok, so continue with the format, which i assume you know how to do.
as soon as the xp installation finishes we can continue to the next step, ok?
thanks :grinthumb
dont know whether you've noticed, but most new people who post expect results within seconds, which isn't possible when someone who can help isn't logged in or available, so patience is a virtue
ok, now you install the first driver.
you insert your driver disk and it should ask you what you want to install, so select the chipset driver and continue. after the installation restart the pc 2 or 3 times to make sure it doesn't freeze and then we'll continue from there
if it freezes after a few hours it means there's a hardware fault.
but anyway let's keep going and see whether it doesn't work out.
next install the ethernet driver
after i restart mym computer...i log on to internet.....after a few minutes it will freeze....sumtime right after i restart when i log on it will also freeze T_T
aijaijai, ok . . .
it doesnt happen only when you access the internet? other times as well?
it's sounding more and more as if your motherboard is going
if it keeps freezing and it is the motherboard you'll have to replace it, can't be repaired.
i'd suggest you first finish installing the drivers and seeing whether the problem persists, and if it does that you take the computer in to be checked out by a technician. the problem with that is that it can get quite expensive if you can't get the same type of motherboard
