I am still on windows 7 with disabled updates since 2014 and is rock solid. None of the later bloatware and crap got to me.

Floating taskbar? Can I use a thumbtack to fix it in one place? Or is this simply going back to the taskbar flexibility built into Windows 10, so your task bar could be at the top or on either side, rather than just on the bottom?
