So I can fix my computer... It seems as though I should return the motherboard for a new one

Windows 7 hang up ... Wondering if this problem was resolved.
I have what appears to be an identical situation, only with an MSI AMD motherboard.
It appears that the problem is worse when the graphics gets real busy. Thought I would check in on this before I buy a new graphics card.
