It strange as for me I put it there and when I use some programs after sometimes it dissapear from the start menu to leave the place for recently used one, that should happens to you too.

How did you do to put this in the start menu? Also when you use other program does it remain there?

missing ethernet controller , pc is emachine t3256 nvidia chip set amd cpu , tried alot of network drivers nothing has worked yet, any ideas ?

Never had a problem with vista hogging anything on my machine =/

BUT Windows 7 seems to be much lighter, and quicker. Although it really just feels like vista with a makeover.

I just dragged the documents from the right pane to the left pane. I had no idea it wouldn't be able to unpin.

My X-fi extreme audio works fine on my unit after I installed the latest Vista drivers.

The vista drivers wouldn't install, b.c it wasn't for this version of windows... but i ran the compatibility wizard or w.e its called, and they installed fine, and now work perfectly.

Windows 7 64-bit automatically installed all of the drivers for me. So, you may not have to change anything if it all just works.
