Windows 8 can't get into library files

I signed up just to thank you guys. I tried doing the other solutions from this page, but none of them worked except this one.

The solution that worked was following Rabbit01's suggestion: http://www.techsupportforum.com/for...ss-libraries-library-ms-problem-458618-2.html

On that page, OUTCASTE suggested doing this:
[ Click Start, type cmd, right click and click Run as administrator
Type the following and press Enter
regsvr32 /I %systemroot%\system32\shell32.dll
Reboot computer ]

Hi, I have just read through this, and thought an image might help with this good answer from post #11 "SenorGuapo".
This shows the "Computer" screen open, the menu has come from right-clicking on the "libraries" heading in the left hand column.
