Inactive Windows Explorer wont open

My windows explorer wont open nor will any of my desktop icons and I can also not right click my desktop to change any settings. Attached is my HJT log. Thanks for the help

Make sure, you PASTE all logs. If some log exceeds 50,000 characters post limit, split it between couple of replies.
Attached logs won't be reviewed.

Sorry about that, makes sense you don't want attachments, I am currently looking at the steps you gave me in the mean while her is my log. I have no idea what it means but i saw it on other posts and figured it could help you help me.
