Windows reboots on bugchecks. Looking to CPC2004 for his expertise

  1. We've been getting several of these over the last few weeks and I'm trying to isolate the problem. I've attached the minidumps in the hopes that CPC can help me pinpoint it. Thanks!

    The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000000a (0x00000000, 0x00000002, 0x00000001, 0x8042def4). Microsoft Windows 2000 [v15.2195]. A dump was saved in: C:\WINNT\Minidump\Mini062706-02.dmp.

    FYI - I ran memtest and it came up clean. This computer is not overclocked and I saw no signs of overheating.
