Windows Security Suite Virus?

  1. Alright so I've looked everywhere I can for help and haven't been able to find anything so far.

I know this is a virus because the anti-virus software I have on the infected laptop(not this one) is Microsoft Security Essencials. I know I've had a spyware on my laptop for a little while now - but just haven't been able to get to it at all.

I had the AV Security Suite virus once too, but I got rid of that by deleting some folders or something?

My biggest downfalls are that I can not install anything on that computer. Since I don't know the Admin password(forgot it)

I can't wipe the computer(because of all the stuff I have and the fact that, again, no admin password)

And the virus is preventing me from opening task manager or ANYTHING. I can't even open MS Paint to save a screen shot of it!

I have a USB that I can put portable software on and over to the other laptop but again it 99% of the time won't let me open anything.

It also won't stop opening porn websites...

And I can't get to command prompt either.
Nothing is working so far, is there any hope of my laptop? :(
