Rumour is out there that a recently leaked Build (5552) of Windows Vista is indeed RC1. That comes just a few days after sites have been posting impressions on a slightly earlier build (which still gives this unfinished feeling).
Whichever is the case the real RC1 is supposed to be released to the public from Microsoft in the coming days (or weeks?). Here's a site linking to Build 5552 torrent.
