Inactive Windows Vista Trojan horse Crypt removal assistance

I had to be repetitive, as I know this topic may have been covered, but I have read almost every post regarding this problem and I always get completely lost. I have a Trojan horse Crypt that was found by AVG. It does not seem to be causing too much of a problem with daily computer operations, but it is bothersome to know that it is on my computer and I know that it can eventually turn into horrible news. Is there any way that you could personally help me out? Thanks.

Make sure, you PASTE all logs. If some log exceeds 50,000 characters post limit, split it between couple of replies.
Attached logs won't be reviewed.
