Hello,
Please could someone have a look through the attached minidumps and offer some advice as what the problem is - as I have been having BSODs regularly for the past year.
I have done all the usual checks including updating drivers, reinstalling windows, memtest for 12 hours, disk check etc but found nothing. The crash checks from windows report that the BSOD was caused by a driver. But then list that it could equally be a hardware problem!
I wonder if it might be either a problem with the McAlfee Virus scanner/ firewall (as a driver is not certified by XP) or the Sapphire PCI-E video card. I have heard that these early PCI-E cards are unstable due to insufficient power supply via the motherboard and the new cards a powered externally.
I would be grateful if you could find any clues in the attached minidumps...
Thanks in advance
Nick
