windows xp internet problem

i have windows xp and whenever i hit the back button on the internet it says:
Warning: Page has Expired The page you requested was created using information you submitted in a form. This page is no longer available. As a security precaution, Internet Explorer does not automatically resubmit your information for you.

To resubmit your information and view this Web page, click the Refresh button.

Is there any setting i can change to make it where explore does automatically resubmit my information for me?

Shame on you for still using IE. Maybe you did not apply all the patches, or the security-settings are too high?
go to www.getfirefox.com and, well, get Firefox instead!

it will also depend on what pages you are visiting. if they are secure, like internet banking, alot of times they wont refresh. keeps people from going into the history and being able to access it.
