Inactive Windows XP slow and sometimes freezing up

Starting yesterday my machine is super slow and at times totally freezes up and I have to hard shut down. I'm attaching the HT log and looks like a lot bigger than what I remember so maybe I have some extra stuff? Any help is appreciated - thanks!
