XP Driver Needed for Modem on HP DV 6449 US Laptop

    We were requested by a customer to downgrade an HP DV 6449 US Laptop from the original OS (Vista Home Premium) and have been able to find XP drivers for all devices except for the modem. HP Website only identifies the modem as a Conexant. Not sure which one but if anyone has downgraded this particular laptop and found the driver, please let me know.

    Modem isn't critical (customer uses broadband), but I hate leaving devices without drivers.
