I recently had to restart a win2k3 server machine in order to replace the UPS. Upon reboot it forced a disk check, which was allowed to proceed. After the disk check, one of the users' Outlook PST file was reduced to 0 bytes and is, of course, unreadable.
The file in question resides on a raid 5 array on an intel ich8 controller.
I've made some attempts to recover this with data recovery software, but nothing has turned up.
Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks,
Ryan
