Intel sticks with Windows 2000

Intel has released a document on how they keep their computers secure. They make use of a special application that rolls out the patches and also makes sure that they are installed properly. It also checks for vulnerable applications installed on the computers. This however is not the point, the point is that Intel mentions that they are still running Windows 2000 on their clients. And with some 80,000 employees that has to be a lot of clients.

This makes me feel good about having sworn that Microsoft will have to pry my copy of Windows 2000 from my dead hands until I upgrade (spotted at The Inquirer).
