Morally angered Grandmother or cash scrounging pensioner? 85-year-old Florence Cohen has filed a lawsuit in U.S. District Court in Manhattan after she found out that Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas contained hidden sex scenes. She believes that Rockstar, the company behind the game, is guilty of "false advertising, consumer deception and unfair business practices."

You might recall that San Andreas has been in trouble a lot lately, what with Senator Hillary Clinton getting involved over the game's saucy extras and whatnot, after the hacks that revealed the hidden porn were leaked. The game itself was finally given an adults-only rating, which the game's producer, Rockstar Games, is seeking to remedy by working on a new version of the game that would satisfy the original "M" for mature rating.

Florence Cohen is now seeking "unspecified damages on behalf of herself and all consumers nationwide," meaning she would seek class-action status for the suit. Will this one get laughed out of the courts? Rest assured when I find out, it will be reported back here.
