Pros

Bright screen.
Passive 3D is convenient and inexpensive.
Built-in Wi-Fi.
Handy Magic Motion remote.
Excellent color and shadow detail.
Handled 1080p/24 sources properly.
Its Smart TV Internet portal is well-designed with a solid selection of streaming services.
There's built-in Wi-Fi.

Cons

Very expensive.
Blooming issues with LED backlighting hurts dark scenes.
Poor gamma and shadow detail in the modes that deliver deep black levels.
