The GeForce 9800 GX2 was the fastest graphics card in Supreme Commander at 1440x900, while the Radeon HD 4870 X2 trailed by 3fps. The GeForce GTX 280 also trailed close behind.

Increasing the resolution to 1680x1050 shows almost no impact on dual GPU configurations. That puts the Radeon HD 4870 X2 well ahead of the GeForce GTX 280.

Again we find that increasing the resolution in Supreme Commander has almost no performance impact on the Radeon HD 4870 X2. It seems that both SLI and Crossfire technologies scale very well in Supreme Commander.
