I keep getting pop-ups similar to this
http://img228.exs.cx/img228/5747/warning5sd.png some are about viruses or spyware..i generally just drag them down to the bottem right of my screen where there out of my way so more wont come...but they are rather annoying and i'd like to get rid of them all together..ive tried ad aware cwshredder and aboutbuster nothing seems to work..and my spybot search and destroy doesnt want to work after scanning..any ideas?

Get a program like Mailwasher, or get a new email-address that does have effective spam-filters. I have been nearly 6 years with my (free) email-provider www.u.tv (formerly www.utvinternet.com) and have yet to receive my FIRST spam email!

Your ISP sound like total crap to me, Hotmail?
Also, you should make subfolders and move old emails you need to keep into there.
1357 emails in your inbox is enough to drive anyone around the bend!
