CD/DVD Loading Trouble

Hi, on my laptop which is Toshiba Equium A60 my CD/DVD drive will load DVD's fine and you watch them. It will also load Music CD's but then after a few minutes of playing them will not work anymore. And For Game CD's they will load and install but about a minute into the installin it will freeze! Does anyone know how to fix this?
