Is your sound integrated into your motherboard?
If yes, then tell us what your motherboard is.
If no, then tell us what your card is.

Do you know what your motherboard is? (make/model)
If not, run this program on it, and tell us what it says.
From there we can tell what kind of sound you have.

Well, you sound driver is one of THESE (http://www.msi.com.tw/program/support/driver/dvr/spt_dvr_list.php?part=1&kind=3&CHIP=3&COM=12) , but I am having a hard time telling which one. To be honest, neither of them look like a match for you (the 3rd one is definately not for you). But these are all that MSI is offering.
Unless someone else comes along with more knowledge than I have, we need to know more about what everest is saying about your sound.
Why don't you try THIS (http://www.msi.com.tw/program/products/mainboard/mbd/pro_mbd_liveupdate.php) and see if you can update your drivers automatically.

Did you try that link I gave you above to have MSI auto detect and update your drivers?

Hello and welcome to Techspot.
I think this is what you are looking for. Go HERE (http://www.sis.com/download/) and click on Audio driver, then sis 7012, and then on your os, then go. Then click download.

Hmm. According to his first post, he has already tried that driver. I guess the problem is not a driver issue? Or perhaps he isn't installing them correctly....
