Hi , Im looking for a set of drivers that will offer good picture and video quality. I dont play any games on my pc. The only 3D program I have is Marine Aquarium screen saver. Any help would be appreciated.

If you have an ATI Radeon like you do, then you have to use ATI Catalyst or Omega drivers. They are your only options. There are no other options.

Google Omega Drivers and/or ATI and you should be able to find the respective pages.
