spitfireinc2006 02-21-2006, 03:06 PM I get the BSOD sometime around 1AM to 3AM every night or randomaly in the day. peterdiva 02-21-2006, 04:16 PM One minidump usually isn't enough, but I've seen the same problem recently and it was fixed by removing the program. The culprit is vsdatant.sys, which is a Zonealarm file. Ad 02-21-2006, 04:16 PM spitfireinc2006 02-21-2006, 04:27 PM ah I see thanks for the help. i got some other dump too but they all have same properties just different dates. I think I will uninstall The zone alarm and install newer version. If the .sys file is still there after the uninstall should I remove it manually? cpc2004 02-25-2006, 10:10 AM Hi, Your version of ZA (Tue Nov 15 14:37:24 2005) causes blue screen. Uninstall ZA will fix the problem. Refer the following case. http://www.techspot.com/vb/showthread.php?p=247222#post247222 Your version of nVidia Display card driver (Sat Dec 10 19:45:16 2005) is also unstable. Fallback nVidia Display card driver to lower level. |
