I have been trying to instal audio driver Realtek 97 for my computer since it was formatted weeks ago. I downloaded it from the net, however, all effort to instal this software havehas been very unsuccessful. I still don't have sound in my system. The message I usually get reads"The software you are installing fort this hardware Realtek Ac’79 audio
Has not passed Window Logo testing to verify its compatibility with windows Xp"

I am using Win.Xp pentium 4, 2.40Ghz. 512 ram.
Can anyone with the right idea tell me what I to do?

Is this drive the lastest driver out there? After the install, in the hardware manager, does the device still have a yellow ! on it?
