and I doubt it's any settings ino bios etc. because like I stated 10 times, IT DIDn't DO THIS BEFORE my last format... now it does.
I guess since worse comes worse you guys could give me a list of items to start upgrading to Vista compatable ones??
if I can't find an answerI atleast wnat to know the possible culprits...

Common sense for me thinks that having the 2 OS's on the HDD with both needing different Drivers to run and control the Hardware , these Drivers may be conflicting.

I would suggest trying both OS's separately format the HDD and install XP for a week and use that as normal.
And then format it again and install Vista for a week and use that as normal and installing the appropriate Drivers for the OS's which i think you have mentioned in earlier posts.

It might take a while but try that and see if it's stable and you have no BSOD's

Well I havn't been mutlibooting since this has happened actually... I have been running Windows XP for about 2 weeks now, should I format and do Vista again? I just don't want to bother if there is NOTHING I can do... it's really annoying, I liked vista a lot... It ran fine for the time being... then I format one day and new drivers come out and this happens...

It just sucks with all the information provided NOBODY can help me out.

Well have you still had the BSOD's with XP?
If you've been running it for 2 weeks try Vista for a bit.

Also have some patience Route44 told you about this before on your other thread everyone on here are in essence Part-Timers coming on the website when they can, everyone on this site aren't experts or have some form of Magic to fix the computer instantly we give you advice on the problem and how we think you could fix it.
We're trying to help you over a forum it's a bit different than being there and seeing it ourself, by using these forums your open to more peoples ideas on how to fix problems and it increases your chances of fixing it yourself other than taking it to a local repair shop and having to pay to get it fixed and they can't guarantee if they can fix it. Some problems might not be solved thats just how it is.

mmm

I told you XP runs flawless, hence why I think it's a problem within vista... I have given all information needed and have received very little input that's my only problem, and it almost seems like people are skimming my threads instead of reading it because half the stuff people asked I've covered.

I've been reading the thread and your other thread, people have given you suggestions on how to sort this problem out.
Having read these it's like i said a couple of posts back about Driver corruption/incompatibility, you said XP is working fine and when you installed Vista you had problems. People are mentioning Hardware errors because those Vista Drivers must not be compatible with the Hardware.

Was this computer originally installed with XP or Vista?

If it was XP then i would suggest staying with that and if you really want Vista on the computer then as you said before look for new Hardware or a New Comp depending on what is cheaper because it seems those Vista Drivers can't work with that Hardware, Kimsland mentioned in the other thread about Vista needing a lot more computing power than XP.
Hopefully that answers your question

Yes also people do answer back to many threads on this site we can't read through every time we come back to the thread so we may mention things again what we've said earlier in the thread.

Technical hitch

Hi there guys, i've got a bit fo a technical hitch and i wondered if someone may be able to help me. During a fault on my laptop, i had to load a second copy of windows vista onto my harddrive, i loaded it into a seperate partition thinking it would be easy to remove but at this point it now seems to be running of both of them, as it won't let me delete it. any ideas how i can get rid of one of them? as it does take up a huge amount of space! cheers

Dude make your own ****ing topic... btw I installed Vista again, got the BSOD... attempted to update my BIOS and got a BSOD... maybe my OS has SP1 on it? causing the problems? If not, then something is seriously wrong... I get that Vista uses different schemes and drivers, but if XP functions fine and everything I don't get how Vista can do this? especially when Vista worked fine prior, ran all these tests... If HAS to be my Drivers, no doubt about it.

I just don't know which ones snce I've tried difference Video Card drivers... but I can't find a list of MSI drivers for K9VGM-V so I can choose old ones, and the ones on my disc seem to be for XP only? I dnno.
