If you can boot from anything, use DST software. Both work fine on Inspiron 600M.

Looks like I may have found some salvtion. I just off of a phone call to HP and they informed me I have no solution available to me at all including sending the laptop in to reset the BIOS Password. I recently deleted the password instead of disabling it and now I am hosed.. LOL.
