I think the E7200 would cost you around $150 if i am not wrong.

But depends where do you get it from.

i am from pakistan, plz have a look at this site, galaxy.pk this guy is selling E200 in 92,00 Pk RS. and now a days $ rate is 74-76rs

here are estimating prices in pak rs, which shopkeeper is giving:
Processor No. DC 2.0 - Price 5800
Motherboard: DG 31 PR - Price 5000
Ram: 1GB - Price 1700
Hard disk: 80 gb - Price 3300
Chassis: 1700 - Price 1700
DVD R combo - Price 1900

Total: 19400 Pak RS.

so is he charing the right price?

Yep, that's a nice price. It's about the same for a typical low-budget build in the US.

if there is available good in performance but cheap motherboard and processor plz share with me. Coz my these specifictions are going out of my budget.

2nd hand LCD monitor will cost me 5k in pak rs. and around 85$

You could go for the cheaper E2180 CPU, which will bring down the overall price quite a lot.

That's about the lowest you can go without sacrificing too much performance. The E2160 is also okay, and I've seen it for 5400 Rs. on Galaxy.pk

As for the motherboard, look for a cheaper motherboard from another brand. I've seen the ASUS P5PE-VM on Galaxy.pk for 3K Rs.
