Page Fault & various BSOD

I have a toshiba satellite A60 Laptop running Windows Xp pro sp2,
BIOS 1.90
Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU 2.53GHZ
128 MB RAM
VIDEO- ATI MOBILITY RADEON 7000 IGP
these blue screen comes up randomly and my computer restarts.. How do i solve this problem

Looking at your minidumps my first suggestion is you run memtest for a minimum of 7 passes to test your system memory.
