Cant uninstall Ageia physx

Download driversweeper, there is a option to delete reg/data stuff from your system, restart your computer and try installing it again.
1. Uninstall the drivers from Add/Remove programs in the Control Panel of Windows.
2. Restart the computer.
3. Run Driver Sweeper*, select the Driver/files that you have uninstalled and click Clean button.
4. Install the new Program/drivers.
* For Windows Vista users, please run Driver Sweeper in administrator mode.
Right mouse click Driver Sweeper shortcut and click Run as administrator.

Save DriverSweeper_1.5.5-setup-[Guru3D.com].exe file on the hard disk.
Run DriverSweeper_1.5.5-setup-[Guru3D.com].exe.

Run DriverSweeper_1.5.5-setup-[Guru3D.com].exe.
Here's what I did. Use revo uninstaller & remove Ageia. When that's done,make sure that Ageia is deleted from program files. Then, go to start, run, and "regedit". In the registry editor, go HKEY --->Local Machine--->Software & then delete the Ageia Physx key. When that is done, you can then install whichever older version you like. I tried everything else, but this one really worx.
