Windows xp home doesn't recognize CD or DVD drive
My new computer has, in two separate incidents now, (first one I lost all aplications and e-mail by using the "system restore" option), failed to recognize the CD and DVD drives. It says they are properly installed but it can't recognize them. Any help out there? Thanks in advance!
