System Freezes at MoBo Logo Screen

My Current PC Specs:

Intel Pentium 4 630 - 3.0GHz Extreme Edition HT LGA775
ECS(Elite Computers) RS-400A Motherboard
SONY DVD-RW Optical Drive
Apacer 2x 512 DDR2-PC4300 RAM
Maxtor 120GB 8MB HDD
ATi Radeon X300 128MB PCI-E Graphics Card

After updating the BIOS sucessfully, the PC was fine. Then after the 3rd restart, the system halted/frezzed at the motherboard's logo screen.(Nothing was changed during the time before the freezing of the motherboard's logo screen.) Um.. ok, some options which I have tried:

1. Cleared the CMOS Manually.
2. Tried to boot from a Windows XP disc.
3. Enabled/Disabled the BIOS Protection Settings.( Dont know if this would work in the first place)

All 3 options didnt work. Does anyone here have any suggestions?

Well, since my mainboard is using and Award BIOS/Pheonix BIOS, I'll just press the Delete key and then I'll enter BIOS. Problem is, I get stuck at the logo screen before I can press the DEL key to work. Thanks for the idea though.

have you tried to reinstall a older bios?
since you´ve said that you did install a new bios and this "maybe" brought this problem... you should try it!
