System error 102, Event ID 1003

Sorry to bug you guys, but for the last 4 months I have been wrestling with this problem. Whenever I run battlefield 2, and load a map, my computer has a habit of crashing at 3, 16, 63, and 100 percent map load. The computer crashes to a blue screen, and I am forced to shut hte computer off. When I turn it back on and check the event viewer, I get this message.

System Error 102, Event ID 1003

Error code 1000000a, parameter1 e13410d0, parameter2 000000ff, parameter3 00000000, parameter4 80563d35

Can any of you help? I've tried so hard to fix this crash issue.

Te-install Norton AV

Hi,

All the system crashes are at IRQL x'ff' which are the sign of mis-installed device driver. Un-install or upgradel Norton AV may resolve the blue screen problem.

Pic is not real clear, you may be best writing the error codes out

Also it would be best to create your own thread, this thread (that you must have searched) is way too old.

Please create a new thread, and start again!

System specs
Having a similuar problem. Found my way to this thread so I will be posting in the same location. Here is some handy info i had: Also attached are 5 minidumps.

All these are system errors, 102 Event ID 1003

I have google endlessly and I'm giving up, I need help.

Error codes:
1000000a
1000008e
00000044
10000009
0000004e

I dont want to confuse anyone. These are all different error codes from system errors. In other words these are just the first code of each error, each of which happened on different days and different times.
