XFX GEFORCE 7800 GS (G71) Bandwith Problem

HI,
I currently hav a problem with my XFX GeForce 7800 GS. The bandwith on the websites that reviewed this video card reports to be around 40 GB/s. But when I use EVEREST ULTIMATE EDITION 2006, it reports the real clock as 324mhz (DDR) and the effective clock as 648 mhz when it is supposed to be 1300mhz. The bandwith is reported as 20.3 GB/s. Anyone know what is going on. Please help me
