BSOD Every 4-5 Days; Would Like Mini Dumps Reviewed

My computer will reboot every 4-5 days with the following error in the System Event Log:

Error code 100000d1, parameter1 00000000, parameter2 00000002, parameter3 00000000, parameter4 885763df

This has been happening for some time now. I have the following setup:

PC Power & Cooling 410W Power Supply
ASUS P4P800 Motherboard
Intel s478 3.0GHz Processor
2GB DDR400 Memory
nVidia GeForce 5500 AGP Card
Adaptec Serial ATA Host Controller
2x 250GB Western Digital Serial ATA Hard Drives (Connected to Host Controller)
1x Seagate 80GB (Connected to Serial ATA Controller on Motherboard)
DVD Rewritable Drive
Windows XP Service Pack 2

I have tried reinstalling Windows to no avail. Any assistance would be appreciated. I have attached two mini dumps as those were the only two in the folder.

Your crashes are caused bu faulty/corrupt sound card drivers. emu10k1m.sys

You can try to update your sound card drivers or use a different card.

Thanks! I had a feeling it was this. It is an older creative labs sound card I pulled from another computer (I forgot to mention that). I am just using the Windows drivers as that is all it allows me to do, so it must be the card itself. Thanks for the quick reply.

Try the latest drivers first that might solve the problem.

I actually have tried downloading later drivers, but on the Creative web site it says that the drivers that come with Windows are sufficient. It is a older SoundBlaster card. I need to get a new one anyway. I will just use the onboard sound for now.
