Hello =] Help please ?!

Hey my name is Monique and i am having a problem with a virus that does not want to go away , could someone please clear things up for me and help me to delete this annoying virus!
The name is HijackThis 1.99.1
Everytime that i try to delete this out of the Add/Remove Programs on the Control pannel it informs me that i need a command line , now i understand what they are but does anyone know the right one to delete it . y computer seems to be getting slower and slower and i need to delete this frustating virus!

Thanks and if you can help , that would be FANTASTIC

restart , when the boot menu appreas press F5, select "safe mode", start menu - run -regedit.

this will open regedit.

serch for the " HijackThis" entries and delete them all

press F3 to search the next

after the completion, F5 to save

restart the comp

to download the file on my laptop but I got a message says:
"sorry, you have no video capture software"

what you recommend to do and how?

You will need to start your own thread

But just for the moment it's probably your main board drivers (onboard) require updating first.

Please put your System Specs in your Profile

If you have a proprietory computer like Dell; HP; Acer etc, please manually write this in the mobo field (ie Dell Dimension 3100 - as an example)

Webcam help

Hi this is my 1st post

i bought a webcam but i have lost the installation cd and i cant use it without the software. its a mikomi CIF single chip 093A 2468 if that helps describe it.

plz can some1 send me a link to the software or give me some advice.

Thanks alot hoobabooba the drivers work and i am now able to use my webcam again . Anyone else who needs drivers for a CIF single chip follow the link that hoobabooba said above. To use the drivers you have to download a program to unrar the file.

Hello!

I needed the CIF single chip thing for my webcam (pc line 100k), and went to the link that was previously posted in this thread. However, when I went to install it, it said that there was no digital signature or something? Someone please help me, I'm rubbish at all this technological stuff!

But it won't let me carry on past that point!
I tried again with the installation CD to see if it would work again, but now it just says the installation could not be completed. Weird.
