ATI Radeon 9250 Problem Split screen?

Okay well my friend has a ATI Radeon 9250, we have did all the basic stuff like setting the default graphic card on BIOS to PCI. Some odd reason he see's a split screen. Heres a screen shot to help view what the problem is, thank you!

 
Never mind i fixed it, just had to disable the video card on the device mananger! :) so if anyone have the same problem that is the solution!
