Hi guys,
In the past 24 hrs I've browsed through probably half the internet looking up stuff on BSODs, because I've had about 20 of them in the past days. The problem: Out of blue, w/o anything installed or updated, I started getting BSODs with the same errors time and again: BCCode : 77 BCP1 : C000003C BCP2 : C000003C BCP3 : 00000000 BCP4 : 022DA000 OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 2_0 Product : 256_1 BCCode : f4 BCP1 : 00000003 BCP2 : 86587460 BCP3 : 865875D4 BCP4 : 805C7496 OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 2_0 Product : 256_1 BCCode : f4 BCP1 : 00000003 BCP2 : 86693DA0 BCP3 : 86693F14 BCP4 : 805C7496 OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 2_0 Product : 256_1 etc Overall, the most mistakes I had were KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR and KERNEL_STACK_INPAGE_ERROR Mostly BCCode f4 with periodic 77's. Done everything: defragged twice, ran chkdsk /r /f, did system restore to a point from 5 days ago, killed pagefile and then restored it back, ran memtest (not 5 times though, only once -- but it was clean), updated bios, updated drivers just in case... NOTHING WORKED!! I did the minidump unpacking and here's what it said (attached). Any advice would be greatly appreciated, though, frankly, I almost gave up and am totally out of any ideas whatsoever. Thanks!! Oh, and the system specs are: Product: ThinkPad T43 2668-WY7 Operating system: WinXP SP2 Centrino 760(2.0GHz), 1GB RAM, 60GB HD, 14.1in 1400x1050 LCD, 64MB ATI Radeon X300, CDRW/DVDRW, Intel 802.11bg wireless(MPCI), Bluetooth/Modem(CDC), 1Gb Ethernet(LOM), UltraNav, Secure Chip, Fingerprint reader, 6c Li-Ion batt, WinXP Pro --- Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Do you have any spare RAM, because it may still be your memory, memtest doesn't always find faults. Use this as a last resort though if you dont have any spare RAM.

Guys,
same BIZZARE issue here as well (thank god it is not just me). New RAM does not help the situation either and the lappy only goes BSOD when the wireless (internal INTEL Pro 2100) is active?! But here's the wierd thing: Only BS's on the public network (UNI) and not at home?!! WTF? Man, effing stumped on this one... Details: Error Signature BCCode: 100000d1 BCP1: 0201043D BCP2: 00000002 BCP3: 00000001 BCP4: F767DF0F OSVer: 5_1_2600 SP: 2_0 Product: 256_1 Error Report Contents C:\DOCUME~1\xyz\LOCALS~1\Temp\WERd5d2.dir00\Mini012207-01.dmp C:\DOCUME~1\xyz\LOCALS~1\Temp\WERd5d2.dir00\sysdata.xml So, guru's out there, please help. Thanks and love the site. JT BenQ Joybook 6000N 1.6 Centrino yada,yada... |

Hi Mozgoved,
This is hardware error of your hard disk. Run chkdsk /r and re-allocate the paging space. Thank you for your help guys. Memtest is sweet with no issues with both sticks. Would this be a good description of reallocation of paging space before I go ahead?
http://www.unet.univie.ac.at/aix/aix...9D74E8C638benw Thanks again for your input. JT PS. Can I reallocate with Partion Magic? Last edited by nevastra; 01-21-2007 at 10:49 PM.. |

Hi Nevastra,
My previous post is not related to your problem. You should open a new post for your problem in order to avoid confusion. BTW you don't attach the minidump and it is the most useful diagnostic information. |
