I use to have Crashes when i surf the net , and the problem was solved by uninstalling the nVidia Firewall , and never came back again.

Now i am getting that BSOD occasionally especially when i do a multi process like recording and Rending in another program on the same time, and some times it crashes when i do nothing but recording Using the Telex Zing Audio Digitizer,

the message on the blue screen varies from crash to another even though i did not install a new Soft\hardware, nor use different programs.

What amount of memory is installed, and have you thorougly tested it.

i am using 2GB of RAM , the Kingston Hyper X 2GB pack , on Dual Chan.

Boared is Abit KN9

using AMD Athlon 64 X2 3800+

OS is Win XP pro

I hav not tested the memory , actullay they are a new purchase , how can i test them ?

Mine's the same. Test your RAM with Memtest.
