BSOD Problems

I have been getting BSOD's at various times. I have done the following:

Cleaned system and checked all connections
Reformated (2 times) and reinstalled windows
ran memtest on memory, all passed
tested HD with seatools, long DST, passed

System Specs:

Ni8 SLI GR Board
1 Nvidia 7600 GS PCI-X
2GB PQI 667Mhz DDR2
250GB Maxtor SATA
OCZ 450 Power Supply

Often caused by nVidia 7600 drivers. Install a later or an earlier verion after disabling or removing the old drivers.

The memtest must be run for at least 6 or 7 passes, or four hours.

memtest was run an entire day. Drivers for the Nvidia 7600 have been changed but will try changing again.

Also forgot to mention CPU is a Pent D 930

System specs
You've got signs of a hardware problem. As Memtest isn't perfect, run with just one stick of RAM at a time, if it still crashes then swap them over. You can also try just one stick in another slot.

Have tried that also to no help. Beginning to think its either Mainboard or CPU.
