Prime stable for 20 hours
Passes Memtest 20 times
Virus and Spyware Free
so wonderful and i miss its stability.

i posted a website that will help you figure out what's causing your stop error.
my sticky is titled "a guide to stop error messages".

check it out. it might help you fix it.

Your minidump points to Rtenicxp.sys which is a Realtek 10/100/1000 NDIS 5.1Driver belonging to the software Realtek 10/100/1000 NIC Family all in one NDIS XP Driver or Realtek RTL8139/810x/8169/8110 all in one NDIS XP Driver by Realtek Semiconductor Corporation.

Either you need to updat your driver or your NIC card has gone bad.
