The minidump that lists memory corruption is the first one of interest. When you have memory corruption you will experience all kinds of issues.

So, you need to run MemTest on your RAM for a minimum of 7 passes and if you get any errors whatsoever you will then need to run MemTest on each individual stick to see if one or all your sticks of RAM are bad. Do this test first.

Secondly, two of your minidumps point to RtkHDAud.sys which is Realtek High Definition Audio Function Driver. You'll probably need to update the driver to correct your issu.

The last minidump of interest points to kmixer.sys which is a core driver in the Windows OS. It appears kmixer.sys is the root of a thousand varied problems. Assuming you’re running XP, the fix seems to involve reinstalling the audio driver/software.

So...

1. Do a MemTest first and foremost. This takes a lot of time.

2. If you have no errors then update Realtek driver. You may want to go ahead and do this anyway.

We need the actual minidumps attached; what you gave really is not that much of a help. Also, 2 hours of MemTest is not nearly enough. Forget doing anything else.

Start MemTest and let it run overnight and check your results in the morning. Again: 7 Passes Minimum. 2 hours is not going to give 7 passes and barely 2.

First minidump - portcls.sys driver which is part of the Windows OS for audio.

Second minidump - wdmaud.sys which is part of the Windows OS for audio.

Are you using onboard audio for sound? If so, you may very well need to update your drivers for RealTec.

* Notice how your audio keeps popping up. Still do the memtest.
