Inactive 8 steps just infectedme

i just downlaoded all the programmes on the 8steps guide and have been infected full of trojans.

ugh see my other post. But the second i click the dms link and install i get bombarded with porn and god knows what. Cant run any programmes off it.. Joy. Please can someone check it. Then help me... Please!
