8 steps removal guide

I have followed the 8 steps virus removal guide, very helpful by the way thanks for that. My problem is that iexplore.exe shows up twice in my task manager even though I have just one window (no tabs) open. I read another thread that said that this was normal for IE8, is this true?

Either way, having done the 8 steps I decided I'd go ahead and post my findings given the Malwarebytes actually found 21 problems, I'd like to make sure there is no more trouble. Thanks in advance for any help given.

PS My OS is Vista, and I do have IE8

Thanks for your help, I deleted those and await any other responses.
